What is it & what's included?




1. Online Personal Training
You'll be working with me 1-2-1 online to train, look and perform better than you ever have. I'll be providing you with the training, nutrition and habits, and I'll be on hand at the end of the phone should you need anything - think of me as a PT in your pocket!
2. The Programme​​​​
Your programme will be built around your goals, schedule, ability and how you enjoy training. The number one goal with any training programme is that you enjoy it, otherwise what's the point?! It will be progressive and periodised, so that you're always building towards your next goal and never stagnating or getting bored.
3. Constant Feedback
Whether it's for technique guidance, alternative exercises, nutrition support or anything else, I'll be here to guide you every step of the way. Take away the guess work and know exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to change it every day.​​​​
4. No Commitment​​​
Sometimes things don't work out, and maybe I'm not the right coach for you. I'm not here to try and tie you into a contract or minimum spending period - that's why you can cancel at anytime, for any reason.
