18-Week Programme
1. Programme

This is an 18-week programme split into 3 phases. It includes plyometrics, lifting, sets/reps, and 3 phases of periodisation to take you from gym beginner to race day as smoothly as possible.
2. Technique Guidance
​​​
Technique videos for 42 exercises & 14 plyometrics will give you clarity on what you are doing and how to do it. As well as this, there are plenty of notes, tips and cues on how to best execute the exercises safely & effectively.

If you can't do an exercise on for any reason, there is always always an alternative listed in the exercise library.


Online Coaching
1. Programme

I'll work with you to build you a programme that is personalised to your goals and schedule. It will be updated and periodised based on your progress and feedback to me each week, and can be adjusted based on your needs - access to gym equipment, busy periods, unexpected racing etc.
2. Technique Guidance​​​
​
You'll receive videos showing proper form for each exercise along with cues to help you execute them safely & effectively. As well as this, I am always on hand for video feedback if you're not sure about an exercise or would just like to make sure you're doing it properly!
3. Your Questions Answered
​​​
How heavy should I lift? Should I go to the gym before or after I run? What do I do once I've finished the programme?

I have pre-empted the questions I think you'll have and answered them in-depth before you even start, giving you peace of mind to jump straight in!

3. Constant Feedback

I am always at the other end of the phone to provide answers, advice or feedback - whether it's a question about how to adjust to a busy gym, working around injury, or video technique feedback.
